Temporary Employment Area

The following methodology in managing temporary employment comprises:

- Gathering elements to allow for an adequate knowledge of the Client's corporate culture.
- Analysis of the Profile Requirements regarding the available position / job opening (professional and psychological)
- Elaboration of position specifications and Client approval.
- Strategy definition to find a temporary worker, through:
- Contacts from Permanent Employees - Data base search
- Direct market research
- Press advertisements, in exceptional cases
- Curricular analysis and selection of candidates with relevant professional experience
- Interviews with the selected candidates who gather the pre-established profile requirements
- Psychological assessment through the application of assessment tests to analyze the professional abilities and psychological profile of candidates. If considered necessary, psychometric tests are also utilized.
- Presentation of the selected candidates to the Client, with curricular and professional information
- Providing advice to the Client regarding the final decision. It also focuses on contract terms.
- Providing systematic follow-up to both the Client and the employee, in order to obtain mutual satisfaction regarding performance issues
